A Compound File (maps + data) with unique ID for a property, that enables a city & the relevant agencies to carry out their tasks, and issue permits and licences on a single file without any conflict, risk and interference.
2- Geospatial Infrastructure
One of the cutting-edge technologies of Simac for land management and issuing permits that municipalities and other relevant agencies can use and share their digital maps, aerial photos, and satellite images for governance purposes and territorial controls.
3- Intra-Government Corridor
C-Files, map layers, correspondence, etc. could be shared and circulated through this corridor amongst user organizations: Municipality, City Council, Region/Province, Utility Companies, Surveyors, Civil Engineers, Related Orgs and Watchdogs.

Calculates tariffs, fees, duties, taxes, fines, etc after setting the formulas. Information of payments is available and traceable.

C-panel enables citizens to follow their applications and deliver the complementary documents online. It mitigates in-person visits to the minimum level, nearly zero.

Effective arrangements for outsourcing the processes of BPs, BLs and CCS, partially or thoroughly to SPOs (Service Provider Offices) and PSPs (Private Sector Professionals), under observation of the cities and watchdogs.
